windows 10 has a video editing app confusing called "Photos" but the rotate button is disabled when you are editing videos

google youtube does NOT let you download videos unless you pay for youtube premium ( or they are your own)

you can use google takeout to download all you youtube videos and separate meta info in JSON files

you can also use youtube studio to download your youtube videos one by one

but

• you can only download 1 video at a time (5 videos in 24 hours)

once you have downloaded your videos you can download and run movie maker 10

• click rotate video button,
• choose your video,
• choose your rotation then
• save it

you can now re-upload the rotated version to youtube
