Guardian Open Platform
The Guardian Open Platform is the suite of services that enable developers to build applications with the Guardian.
The Content API is the flagship service within the Open Platform. It's a tool for selecting and collecting Guardian content through a database of articles and multimedia published daily. There are over 1M articles available published as far back as 1999.
