- Be in business for 4 years or less
- Have a maximum of 150 employees, including any affiliates
- Be based in the United States
- Must have a verifiable company presence (website, company profile, etc.)
- Agree to accept the program's terms and conditions, the Startup Essentials Program Enrollment Agreement
- A valid street address must be provided.
